Marburg School Of Arts- Julie Maddocks

Now on display in the Tommy Smith Cafe– as a part of the Woodlands community art initiative Marburg School of Arts, we introduce local artist & gallery owner Julie Maddocks. Julie has specialized in the art of porcelain since 2003, and is also recognized internationally for her work in painting and drawing. Julie enjoys telling stories with art either as collaged images or as stand-alone traditional pieces, taking the viewer on a journey of reflection and inspiration in each piece she creates. Pictured above with Tommy Smith Cafe team member Whitney, they hold two of Julies paintings, a part of a small collection that is now on display and available for sale at the Tommy Smith Cafe at Woodlands of Marburg. Come in and grab a coffee and check out some of Julie’s fantastic work!

<<<CALLING ALL ARTISTS>>>

If you are a local artist that would like some wider exposure to a world-wide audience and also to be a part of this community art initiative, we do invite you to consider showing your artist creations here at Woodlands of Marburg. With the idea of having an art show element that is ‘always on’, visitors to the Woodlands estate can experience the artistic expression of local artists which helps to enrich the visitors experience, and give them a three dimensional taste and immersion into the culture of our region.

Please contact Michael or David at enquiries@woodlandsofmarburg.com for further information.
