With 53 rooms, Woodlands of Marburg offers a variety of accommodation options suitable for all occasions.
Our accommodation buildings are closely positioned to all property’s facilities, including swimming pool, tennis courts and dining.

Bougainvilla House
Sitting adjacent to the heritage Mansion, the accommodation building used to be quarters for the Brothers of the Divine Word Missionaries, now renovated into accommodation rooms for guests.
Bougainvillea House offers both King Size and Queen Size rooms . Our Deluxe rooms feature amenities such as Tea and Coffee Station, Electronic Toaster, Microwave and Fridge along with WIFI Internet and TV’s.
4 Executive Suites - $199 P/N
Our Executive Suites have a King size bed with a large private ensuite.
10 Deluxe Suites - $180 P/N
Our Deluxe Suites have a Queen size bed with private ensuite.

Bunya House
Bunya House was once used as quarters during Expo 88. It was purchased and relocated to Woodlands of Marburg by the Ipswich Boys Grammer School and has since been renovated.
39 Rooms WITH Single & Family Room Options
Consisting of a total of 39 rooms, Bunya House is a dormitory style accommodation set over two levels. Rooms can be allocated as single person dorms with own bathroom, or paired in a shared bathroom type arrangement with all rooms being lockable. Family rooms are also available in Bunya.
These are perfect for large family or casual conference groups.

Weekend guests can rise and shine with a warm cup of premium coffee or enjoy a tasty lunch on the back deck overlooking the Marburg valley, at our on-site Tommy Smith Cafe.
Open for breakfast and lunch 8.30am – 2.30pm on Saturdays & Sundays subject to availability, with bookings essential. See our Tommy Smith Cafe page for menu and more information.
Breakfast is not included in Accommodation Pricing. However, simply present your room key when purchasing to our staff for a 10% discount on all breakfast items

Dinner
The Sugarmill Restaurant is suited in the historical mansion built by Tommy L Smith in 1890 for his family residence.
Guests are welcome to join us for a drink the beautiful styled lounge area before proceeding through to dinner in what was known as the formal dining room. This rooms features warm cedar lined walls, glistening chandeliers and stunning fireplaces.
Friday: 5.30pm - 10pm
Saturday: 5.30pm - 10pm

Swimming Pool
Cool down in our swimming pool, ‘hand dug’ by the priests of the Order of the Divine Word Missionaries during the 1960’s.
It is a divine experience to say the least, and offers both accommodation guests and corporate visitors a chance to either push out a few laps in the morning, or to simply take in the surroundings and unwind after the days events.
No glassware is to be taken into the pool area. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Monday-Sunday 8.00am-6.00pm
Pool is closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
Tennis Court
Tennis anyone? The tennis court is available for use from 8:00am to 6:00pm. Tennis racquets and balls are available from Reception and a rental fee of $20 must be paid in case of any damages upon return. Please return all items borrowed to reception during open hours or the Tommy Smith Café after use.
