Cancellation Policies

Accommodation- cancellations / changes to your booking

If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival a 30% cancellation fee applies.

If cancelled between 14 and 7 days before arrival a 50% cancellation fee applies.

If cancelled between 7 and 1 day before arrival a 60% cancellation fee applies.

Less than 1 days notice a full 100% cancellation fee applies

 

Events & Functions- cancellations / changes to your booking

Cancellations must be made in writing and the following conditions apply:

If cancellation occurs 6 months outside of your confirmed date, Woodlands of Marburg will retain 50% of the deposit amount.

If cancellation occurs within 6 months of your confirmed date, Woodlands of Marburg will retain 100% of the deposit amount.

If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your confirmed date, Woodlands of Marburg will retain 50% of the total function price.

If postponement occurs at any stage, an administration fee of $500 will apply.

 

The Haunted Mansion Tours

If you have purchased a ticket for one of our Haunted Mansion Tours and are unable to attend, we can postpone to an available new future tour date. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for The Haunted Mansion tours.
